“I FEEL I HAVE GROWN IN MATURITY…” International Exchange Student – Melbourne, Australia. 1 Term in duration.
In Term 2, Taylor went on an Achieve 2B Exchange to Melbourne – Australia. Taylor left his family in Auckland to experience life with an older sibling in Melbourne Australia. Taylor went to Fairhills High School where he was able to participate in some exciting school trips. During his exchange, Taylor volunteered for the Interchange Community supporting young people with disabilities to access community and social activities. Taylor advised that from this exchange he feels he has grown in maturity. Therefore, he is more independent and has developed more self-confidence.
