
Pauline Bennett – Educational Advisor
Pauline has experience in education as a classroom teacher, Consulting Teacher and SENCo (Special Education Needs Coordinator). She has a passion for inclusion and the development of a society that highly values the individual and continually supports the enhancement of full participation. Pauline’s volunteer work has focused on supporting and developing social respect and equality.

Stephanie Maitland, CFRE, MFINZ – Fundraising Advisor
Stephanie has been a fundraising professional for over 25 years and has been a self-employed consultant since June 2003 working with charities from all sectors and sizes from across New Zealand on projects such as trust applications, direct mail, special events, bequest programmes and staff training and mentoring.
She has been a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) since 1998, a member of the Fundraising Institute of New Zealand (FINZ) since 1991 and has held a number of volunteer roles with the Institute at a national and local level including National President. In 2008 Stephanie was named a Fellow of the Institute.

Dr Jonathan Smith – Medical Advisor
Jonathan is a Paediatrician with a special interest in children and young people with developmental problems and disabilities. Jonathan was an AFS exchange student in 1993 to Chile.
